Small habits that make a big difference
- Upload clear, well-scanned notes — quality beats quantity.
- Group your notes into Courses and Topics so students can find them easily.
- Choose the correct category (+2 Science, +2 Management, BBS…) where relevant.
- Add accurate titles, descriptions, and tags so your notes show up in search.
- Engage with the community — students star notes they find helpful.

Please read carefully before participating
Minimum score of 1,500 required. Even if you rank in the top 3, you must have a score of at least 1,500 to receive a prize.

Clear and readable content
All submitted notes must be legible. Blurry, low-quality scans, or illegible handwriting will be disqualified from prize eligibility.

Well-organised structure
Notes must be grouped into Courses and Topics. Where applicable, the correct category defined by DropMyNote (+2 Science, +2 Management, BBS, etc.) must be selected.

Original content only
Strictly no copyrighted, plagiarised, or AI-generated content. All notes must be your own original study material.

Minimum score of 1,500
Regardless of leaderboard rank, a minimum score of 1,500 is required to be eligible for any prize. Accounts below this threshold will not receive a prize even if ranked in the top 3.

One account per person
Each participant may only use one DropMyNote account. Participants found operating multiple accounts will be permanently disqualified and banned.

Winner notification
Winners will be announced at the end of the competition period and contacted via their registered email address within 7 days.

Non-transferable prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Promotional consent
By participating, you agree to allow DropMyNote to feature your profile, name, and notes in promotional and marketing material.

Content moderation
DropMyNote reserves the right to remove any note that violates the Content Policy, disqualifying the associated account from prize eligibility.

DropMyNote's decision on all matters related to this giveaway — including eligibility, scoring, and prize allocation — is final and binding.
